Longing To Hold You Again Lyrics

Tammy Wynette

(Don Robertson)
All alone here am I so lonely
I could cry
'Cause I'm longing to hold you again
Missing you is all I do
I dream the whole day through
And I'm longing to hold you again.
The world is cold, the world is grey
You took the sunshine away
You'll never know how empty my arms have been
Till once more you're close to me
As close as we can be
I'll be longing to hold you again.
--- Instrumental ---
Till once more you're close to me
As close as we can be
I'll be longing to hold you again...
